Any cancellation received within 14 days
of the scheduled arrival date will result in a forfeiture of your entire
payment. Cancellation received before this 14-day period are subject to a
$56 cancellation fee, the remainder will be refunded to the credit card on
file.
In the case of any no-shows or early departures, guests will still be responsible for the full amount of their reservation.
add Occupancy Rules
Prices are based on two adults per site. Additional adults or children over six (6) years of age is $5 per person per day. The maximum occupancy on a campsite is six (6) people.
add Deposits
Prepayment of entire balance is required at the time of booking. No exemptions (this does not include Winter Rentals for 28 days or more).
add Security Access Cards
A $75.00 charge to your credit card will be added for each Security Access Card not returned, lost, or damaged. A maximum of two (2) Security Access Cards will be issued per site.
add Check-In/Check-Out
Check in time is 1:00pm.
Check out time is 11:00am.
add Sites
All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay.
The total number of guests in any space cannot exceed the maximum capacity of six (6) people total at a site at any given time.
Storage is not allowed under or around your RV or picnic table.
add Vehicles
Speed limit is 20 km/hr in the RV Park. Any warnings may result in you, or your guests being asked to leave.
Only one (1) RV per space and a maximum of two (2) other vehicle allowed per site unless stated otherwise.
Please do not park your vehicle or trailer on an adjacent site. Use of more than one site will result in additional charges.
Maintenance of RV’s or vehicles on the property is not allowed. This includes fluid changes.
Washing/rinsing of RVs or vehicles on the property is not allowed except in designated areas.
We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed to be unacceptable.
add RV Requirements
RV’s must be 15 years old or newer (or reviewed by Management). The RV must be fully self-contained, well kept, and in good condition. Exceptions are made at the discretion of management; however, we reserve the right to deny entrance to any RVs that do not conform to the resort specifications. Sorry, no tents, tent trailers, campers or pop-up vans.
add Quiet Hours/Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to exhibit good conduct while on the premises. Please be courteous and do not disturb other guests.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
Loud music or objectionable noise is not allowed at any time. Obnoxious behavior of ANY kind is prohibited.
Profanity, threats or violence towards other guests or Park staff will result in immediate eviction from the park. Use of illegal drugs is prohibited on the property and will result in an immediate request to vacate the property.
Vandalism of any kind by anyone in your group (regardless of age) may result in eviction from the park.
add Children
Children refers to all persons 14 years of age and under. Children must always be accompanied by an adult while using any of the facilities.
add Pets
There is a two-pet (2) limit per RV site.
Dogs and/or other pets must be on lead (leash) and under your control when outside your RV. Please use the dog walk area and clean up after your pet at both your site and common areas.
Four Pet Stations are provided for your convenience.
Excessive barking disturbs neighbours and may result in you being asked to leave without a refund.
Guests should carry proof of their pet’s current vaccinations.
Surfside RV Resort is not responsible for and will hold accountable pet owner(s) for any injury/damage caused by the pet(s).
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is not considered suitable for the serenity/safety of our guests or the Park.
add Open Fires
Open fires are not allowed in the park. Propane fire rings are permitted.
add Fireworks
Fireworks of any kind are prohibited.
add Trash Disposal
Dumpsters are available inside of the park. Please tie trash bags completely closed and put trash completely in the trash container. If one container is full, please use the other.
add COVID Policy
At the present time we are following BC Public Health Orders in
regards to COVID protocols. Masks and Vaccine Passports are not required to
stay at the Resort. Guest are reminded that if they are showing any signs of
Covid related symptoms to self isolate and contact Public Health.
Management reserves the right to make changes deemed necessary in these regulations. We reserve the right to refuse services to current and returning guests that have violated our rules and regulations and or have vacated the park without paying all fees.
Guests violating rules that result in eviction notice will not receive any refunds for their stay.
